3. Iced corn
Buy a can of corn kernels from the supermarket. Place them in a cup. On top of the corn, put crushed ice. Drizzle some milk and a little sugar. Cap the snack with some whole grain cereals. Use a spoon to mix and blend the whole thing together. You can also use banana in lieu of the corn.

4. Banana split
Place a banana on a bowl then put a scoop of fat free ice cream on top of it. Instead of adorning the banana split with sugary treats, top it with nuts, almonds, and whole grain cereals to make it even healthier. Don’t use only one ice cream flavor, combine chocolate, mango, and strawberry for the ultimate delight.

5. Sugar free jello
Buy sugar free jello from the supermarket and put low fat whipped cream topping. Enjoy it while it’s cold.

6. Strawberry milk shake
Put strawberry slices into the blender. Add in milk, water, ice, and a little sugar. Blend until the consistency is creamy soft. You can drink it right away. But if you want to turn it into a dreamy sorbet, skip the ice and blend all the ingredients. Put the puree in the freezer and take it out after 2 hours.

7. Ice cream biscuit
Place a layer of graham crackers on a rectangular pan. Get a pint of low fat ice cream of your favorite flavor. Melt it a little until it’s soft enough to spread on top of the graham biscuit layer. Put another layer of graham crackers on top. Repeat the process until you have a 2-inch thick layered ice cream biscuit. Put slices of mangoes or peaches on top.

Fruit Smoothies or Shakes
Fruit smoothies are another delicious and refreshing drinks that your kid is bound to love. To make a fruit smoothie or shake, all you need is to have a blender or smoothie maker at home then put in the fruit choices of your child. You can combine different fruits such as apple and grapes, pineapple and orange, and banana and melon to give the drink a more exciting flavor. Your child will love to experiment and explore different fruit flavors. All of these are packed with vitamins and minerals so your kid will benefit from this drink greatly.
