Explaining the Difference Between Soda and Cream Chargers

Although both of them are small cartridges that are attached on top of a main container, a soda charger and cream charger have a few major differences that distinguish one from the other. First, they are different because the former is used for the soda siphon while the latter is used for the cream dispenser. Another major difference between the two lies in the content. Soda chargers contain CO2, which is responsible for carbonating water, transforming it to soda water. On the other hand, cream chargers contain NO2 or nitrous oxide, which infuses heavy cream with lots of air pockets, transforming it into whipped cream.  By knowing the difference between the two, you will be able to buy the right charger that you need.
