Making Whipped Cream and Carbonated Water

Soda siphons and cream dispensers have an ultimate power to make something out of a simple recipe and drinks.
Whip cream dispenser needs to be shaken in order to make whipped cream. Heavy cream, sugar, and flavorings are poured into the dispenser then the cream charger is attached. Cream chargers contain the nitrous oxide to make the cream fluffy. The gas breaks down the fat and then coats it to maintain the air and keep it in that state.
Soda siphons make use of sodachargers that contain carbon dioxide to carbonate the drinks and make it fizzle. To make sparkling water, the cylinder is filled with cold water to the brim. Baking soda or seltzer is added to the siphon then it is closed tightly. The charger is fixed in place and the plunger is pressed to release the gas. The siphon needs to be shaken a little then the sparkling water may be served.
