It’s usually printed on a sticker or stamped on the side of the canister. Take note of the tank’s color and nozzle type to determine the content of the canister. Contact the company and ask them if they pick up old or empty gas cartridges or if you can return them and where. If you cannot identify the cylinder and there’s no contact information attached to it, get in touch with a hazardous waste disposal company.
